Equal pay for Equal work

Gender gap in sports looks into the unequal pay were male athletes receive more than female athletes.  In my opinion not only is it unfair to the black ferns,but also other female sport teams.Men's sport receive more media coverage,television licenses and sponsorship deals which contribute to higher views.Male athletes also tend to receive more money through endorsements and personal branding initiatives,further widening the sports pay gap.When sponsors put millions of dollars into marketing athletes and allowing fans to get to know a player they develop a connection with someone or something you are more engaged and continue wanting to see.I would like to conclude saying the main problem is ,because male athletes play more lucrative leagues, generate more views ,so male athletes are paid higher salaries.
